This week I needed information about relief your stress when you have presentation. I went back to my book in Public Speaking to learn how to claim when doing presentation. The book says that you have several ways to control your anxiety and tension. One way can be self-positive talk where you tell yourself that you will do well and you can make it. Another way controls your breathing by taking your time and knows that no need to hurry. Other one which I found it more useful is practicing a lot that gives you an experience of what you will do in a real presentation. You need to practice front of your friends, so they will give some feedback which will help you to know your strength and weakness. I really found this information helpful and I used them on my last presentation, and I noticed an improvement in my presentation. I became more self-confidence and more relaxing in my presentation.
